Are you still shipping orders?
Yes! Orders are still shipping as usual and we are in close communication with our shipping partners to monitor any potential delays in service. If any of this changes, we will be sure to let you know. Pre-orders are expected to be shipped out 2-3 weeks after your purchase dates.
What precautions are being taken to make sure your team is safe?
Our office team is working remotely. Our warehouse team is practicing the utmost vigilance as they prepare orders and the entire facility is practicing all precautions recommended by the Department of Health and CDC.
We will continue to pay careful attention to the situation and comply with any governmental recommendations as they arise. Should the situation evolve, we are prepared to enact additional measures to help ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
